Q - How do I change my password?
A - When you become a member of the Collectors Club, a password is generated randomly for you. To change your password, you can log-in to your account using your e-mail address and the existing password as requested. Then on the next screen, click on the tab across the top named "Account". This then displays a form, which has a field whereby you can edit your password. Because it is a password, the characters are obsured. When you have deleted what is there and entered your new password, press the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen. Next time you log-in you can now use your new password.
Q - Do your prices include VAT?
A - Yes - We believe in showing what you pay.
Q - Does the price include a frame?
A - No. All of our art unless indicated otherwise is supplied in a mount but not framed. Our experience shows that the frame often gets damaged in transit by the courier. If you wish your art to be framed, we can do this at an extra cost and the art must be collected in person.
Q - Does the price of a limited edition print include a mount?
A - In the vast majority of cases the answer is yes. If the print is not mounted this will be indicated on the individual page.
Q - Does the price include delivery?
A - On orders above £100, delivery is FREE.

Q - Does The Picture Studio do valuations?
A - No, Sorry. Please contact your nearest valuation company.
Q - Are the limited edition prints signed by the artist?
A - Yes all limited edition prints, and original art on this website are always signed by the artist.
Q - What types of payment do we accept?
A - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Delta.
Q - What if I cannot find a particular image?
A - New images are constantly being added to our web site. The Picture Studio has the ability to trace most artwork available today, so please E-mail us and let us know what you're looking for.
Q - Does The Picture Studio have a guarantee?
A - Yes, If the goods are damaged in transit please contact us first for authorisation. The piece of art will be replaced and if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given. If the package is obviously damaged upon receipt - DO NOT SIGN for the package, REFUSE it as damaged.
Q - How long does it take to get my order delivered?
A - All prints are Normally dispatched within 1 working day and can be expected within 2-5 days. All prints are mounted (to protect them) and are shipped flat packed. If we are shipping outside the UK you will be responsible for any local taxes or import duty to your country.
Q - What kind of delivery service to The Picture Studio use?
A - We use a courier service that has to receive a signature.
Q - Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A - It all depends upon if it has already left the premises, please call us on 01256 840170 to cancel.
